If you receive a damaged product from our side, we will exchange it for a new one.

Incorrect size / color:
If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.
Conditions for Exchange

- Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

Sleeves are a bit tight at bottom
I recently bought this abaya and honestly, I’m in love with the color! 😍 It’s so elegant and gives such a classy vibe. The fabric is soft and comfortable.The design is beautiful too modern yet modest, perfect for any occasion. 🌿✨
However, the size was a little tricky for me. Even after getting it altered, it didn’t turn out exactly how I imagined, but it’s still really nice and wearable. If you’re planning to order, I’d suggest double-checking the size chart before buying. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would still recommend it! 🩵
