Return/Exchange Policy :

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as a standard policy.

Exceptions :

Exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

1. Damaged pieces : If you receive a damaged product from our Side, we will exchange it for a new one.
2. Incorrect size : If you receive an incorrect size/ color from our Side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color . However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay a exchange fee of Rs. 200.

Conditions for Exchange :

1. Measure and report the incorrect size using an inch tape.
2. Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).
