1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are strictly accepted only in the following cases:

• A damaged or defective product was received from our side.
• An incorrect size or color was shipped from our side.

Note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or your device's screen resolution settings. This is completely normal and will not be considered a defect.

2. Size & Color Exchanges (By Choice)

• If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange the item for another size or color by choice, an exchange fee of ₹200 will be applicable.
• When requesting a size exchange, customers must share proper size measurements using a measuring tape for verification.

3. Mandatory Guidelines for Claims

To ensure a smooth exchange process, the following steps are mandatory:

• Timeframe: Issues related to damaged, incorrect, or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited parcel opening video must be captured within 24 hours of receiving the order. Exchange requests without a parcel opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Condition of Item: The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items are strictly not eligible for exchange:

• Customized or specially altered products.
• Discounted items or products purchased during a special sale.

5. Final Discretion

• Ovais Abaya Collection reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange requests after thorough verification of the provided evidence (video/images).
