IS CASH ON DELIVERY ( COD ) AVAILABLE ?

Yes COD is available for order INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR COD ORDER?

If you want cash on delivery you will have to pay EXTRA 100 Rupees of Cash on Delivery {COD} charges . It may not be refundable & will not be included in the total price of a parcel. It's an extra amount.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?

The order usually take 7 – 10 working days to reach
all the metros and tier I cities however for some pin
codes it might take a little more time . in case of Delay

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

There is no any cancel policy

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME ?

In case the order does not get Delivered within 7-10 Working Days you can write to us at help@ovaisabayacollection.in we will do our best to get it parcel earliest .

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA ?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India however you can make a purchase from anywhere in India

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDER WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION ?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards , however , in case you receive a damaged /Defective product , we should be notified within 24 hours of delhvery . Also we request , you to email us a 360 degree Opening parcel video photograph of the Damaged / Defective product on Help@ovaisabayacollection.in incase you fail to intimate the same return might not be processed

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCATED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business
days . In case if does not, mail us the details of your transaction at help@ovaisabayacollection.com we will verify and get back to you at the earliest
