This is my second purchase from ovais abaya and alhamdulillah the abaya was so perfect febric feels premium soft. And on time delivery
The item has not been delivered. Extremely poor service. No customer care pathetic. It's day time cheating by the store.
The Khimars are good but they're short in the front, I thought they'll of the same length as it was shown in the back
“Bahut hi kharab product hai. Photo me jaisa dikhaya gaya tha waisa bilkul nahi mila. Paisa bilkul waste ho gaya. Kisi ko bhi ye product lene ki salah nahi desakte.”
“Product ki size me problem hai. Sleeve ki size 24 honi chahiye thi, lekin sirf 18 hi aayi hai. Is wajah se product properly fit nahi ho raha. Size description sahi nahi diya gaya ya galat piece bheja gaya hai. Isliye main is product se satisfied nahi hoon.”
The material is opaque and all material is good but not upto the mark

Its a worst quality of the cloth, buttons and worst.. maine expect bhi nahii kiya tha k aisa abaya aayega..
When I ordered this item from your website, the product image showed a light olive color, but the item I received is a much darker olive shade. This is the only problem I faced; otherwise, your product was good. In the future, Inshallah I will order more items from Ovais Abaya Collection.
