If you receive a damaged product from our side, we will exchange it for a new one.

Incorrect size / color:
If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.
Conditions for Exchange
- Measure and report the incorrect size using an inch tape.
- Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

First of all, when ordering i made a mistake and the size became 58. My original size is 54. I called the customer service of ovais abaya and the lady assured me that they will change that size to 54. She said : ho jayega Maam apkaa 54 size mil jayegnge.i was happy, then the abaya came.i ordered on 17 January and abaya reached me on 24 January. But the length was too much for me, so i think its size 58 after all. I had to crop it for my use. Then even after being 58 and double shrug, the abaya looks like bodyfit .. actually abaya should be loose fitting. For me ,,i wanted it more loose. The fabric looks nice.the colour is as shown as in the picture.
I’m impressed by how stylish and comfortable this abaya is. The fit is perfect, and it’s easy to style for different occasions. Definitely a wardrobe essential
