If you receive a damaged product from our side, we will exchange it for a new one.

Incorrect size / color:
If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.
Conditions for Exchange
- Measure and report the incorrect size using an inch tape.
- Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

With this price abaya is good, print and fabric is also good, I really like the dupatta of the abaya it's fabric is very soft and comfortable.

I have received my order, but the abaya delivered is totally different from what I had ordered.
And then when I asked for an exchange, they demanded 200 rupees extra. The mistake is from the seller’s side, so why should I pay extra?

I liked the purchase of this decent abaya, however, only if I had ordered two sizes higher, it would have been an awesome purchase. The neckline is not provided with a zip or hook so you have to pull it down by force when wearing it. Other than that, the abaya fits like a glove. Fabric is light too and I have already put it through its first wash and there was no wear and tear. Good buy.
