  1. Return / Exchange Policy

    We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as a standard policy.

    Exceptions

    Exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

    1. Damaged pieces:

      If you receive a damaged product from our side, we will exchange it for a new one.

    2. Incorrect size / color:

      If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.

    Conditions for Exchange

    1. Measure and report the incorrect size using an inch tape.
    2. Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

Worth it . Satisfied with product . Mirror which was put below collar looks little bit odd , rest of the Abaya is good . Fabric , stitching and design etc. everything worth it of price .

Store service from taking order to deliver ..everything was good , except the delivery boy .
He put my parcel on hold atleast for more than 24hrs . First day around 3:30 pm he called me , that he will delivery it today . I was excited but he take lot of time . Around after 5pm, i called him ..he said he will deliver it today . I do the same when it's getting late ..and evertime he said same thing and just end the call without hearing me . Atlast when it's late night around 9pm ...i just drop the hope of getting my parcel. Next day again i called him ..he carelessly said ..ohh i forget it to deliver and today I'm on leave (sunday) . I just said one thing, why do you wasted my time ? If you were not able to deliver yesterday, its okay . Atleast you can inform me . I said i had all call recordings ..how you response my calls and ended it everytime without hearing me . He said , okay go and complain against me .

Finally next day (monday) , Allhumdullillah i got my parcel safely by another deliver boy .
Although it's a review about product..but delivery service matter too . If you got complaints like this before too ..please change your deliver service (delhivery) . Otherwise next time whenever someone want to order .. he would get flashback of this experience...and hesitate for once before ordering .
Atleast for me ..it's a bad experience .
