    Exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

    1. Damaged pieces:

      If you receive a damaged product from our side, we will exchange it for a new one.

    2. Incorrect size / color:

      If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.

    Conditions for Exchange

    1. Measure and report the incorrect size using an inch tape.
    2. Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

The Abaya is pretty and flowy just like I wanted it to be. It's also lightweight and comfortable. But the colour is not exactly same as shown in the picture. The blue colour I received is a slightly different shade of blue, and the Abaya belt should have been longer. and maybe it would have been a bit more prettier if the fabric was thicker. Everything else is fine and I'm happy with the purchase. This was my first ever purchase of an Abaya online. Loved the prompt WhatsApp updates and quick delivery.
