The quality and looks of abaya recieved were good. It was of proper length as ordered. The order was supposed to come with complimentary dupatta and nose piece. The quality of dupatta was okay okay. The nose piece was not delivered despite being mentioned in the description of the product on website and other social media posts. On addressing the issue, the costumer service was not satisfactory. I was replied over texts after long hours and my calls were not answered. All I was told was that, the old stock had 2 complimentary items (dupatta and nosepiece) along but the new stock comes with no complimentary items, which was obviously apocryphal as this wasn't anywhere reflecting on their website or other social media posts. So, I kind of felt cheated on. Plus, I couldn't wear the abaya because I wear nosepiece and buying a new nosepiece of different sort and colour would degrade the looks of abaya in general.
