If you receive an incorrect size or color from our side, we will exchange it for the correct size / color. However, if you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the Abaya size / color, please note that you will be required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 200.
Conditions for Exchange

- Share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product (mandatory).

I have ordered the copper one and I was stunned by the package because the picture that was shown on the website was completely different from what I recieved
I recieved a abaya that has a light colour inner with a orange tone shrug like it's what I really paid for!!
They say the opening video is must be sent in 24hr but they'll reply you after 24hr so the lime limit will be end.
Like seriously I would never suggest you to buy anything from this website.
If incase you ordered from this website then you should be prepared to get a different product which could be called worst abaya.
And don't even think about to call or email to the team because they'll not answer you your money will be stuck .
I literally choose the size 54 becouse it fit me perfectly the length sometimes come a little longer butt
This time when I ordered 54 the abaya inner was 54 in size but the shrug looks like 52 size and cherry on top it does not have any size tag like they were saying that buy our product it's the first time in a year that we had sale on our website please please guys I highly recommend you to not buy any thing from this website

not the color i ordered , i ordered black and brown combo but its fine . the quality is good . stitching in the burqa is fine . the bow has flyouts which can be trimmed by scissors. shawl is abit diff color if we look into it much . Other than this i love it 4/5
